Vista Healthcare exceeded my expectations for clinical placement. I had a wonderful ten weeks where I felt like a valued member of the team. Under the guidance of occupational therapist Jorja Wilson, I was given opportunities to practice and develop my skills in a safe and supported manner. Jorja always made time to discuss my needs, provide feedback, and share her knowledge and expertise. During interprofessional practice, Vista Healthcare staff demonstrated mutual respect, trust, and shared decision making. Throughout my placement, it was evident the staff at Vista Healthcare are passionate about delivering quality client-centred care that facilitates the best possible outcomes for their clients.
