Vista Healthcare provides professional Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, NDIS Services and Homecare Services to Sydney.

We primarily work with clients who are living with physical and/or neurological disabilities. However, our mobile team is also capable of working with those requiring assistance with post-surgery or hospital stay rehabilitation, at both their homes, community, or places of work.

Our Sydney health and care professionals possess a minimum of a Bachelor degree. We are a team of skilled healthcare professionals, who carry public and professional indemnity insurance and possess current criminal record checks.

We are registered Sydney NDIS providers providers and are registered with APA, AHPRA respectively.

Sydney Health Services

Sydney Physiotherapy

Our compassionate Physios work with clients to maintain, rehabilitate or improve their physical capacity that may be affected by injury or a disability.

Our services start with a comprehensive assessment and Physiotherapy program that considers your current health, lifestyle, recreation and how you want to live your life.

We work with paediatrics, adults and older adults. Physiotherapy is available under the NDIS, homecare private and DVA schemes.

Sydney Occupational Therapy

We provide caring Occupational Therapy services to clients of all ages, including paediatrics and adults of all ages.

Our services are usually delivered in the home environment. However, we go where your goals take us. People may need OT support at work, school, university and everywhere in between.

Our patient-directed services include assessments, equipment prescription, minor home modifications through to functional rehabilitation.

Our OTs are all university-qualified and you will receive expert communication, reporting and follow-up support.

Sydney NDIS

Vista Healthcare is a NDIS registered provider of Physio and OT.

We are proud to work with NDIA managed, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We partner with many NDIS support organisations to help people achieve their meaningful goals.

NDIS services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), NDIS assessments, plan reviews , Assistive Technology requests, rehabilitation, exercise programs, hydrotherapy, mobility equipment.

We provide caring Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy to homecare package clients.

We support basic to high care needs (levels 1-4).

We partner with approved homecare providers and help them maintain compliance with Aged Care quality indicators.

  • We offer our services for respite care patients, as well as Short Term Restorative Care programs (STRC)
  • Brokered Physiotherapy and Occupational services for residential aged care providers and assist with leave coverage, recruitment, training and more
  • Provide pain management programs
  • Provide initial assessments, post-fall reviews, post-hospital reviews, clinical reviews and manual handling reviews
  • Participate in clinical meetings and liaise with family and doctors
    Provide theory and practical manual handling education for staff of residential aged care providers
